Official Rules

The Clockwork Dragon must be wound up before it can be used. On your first turn after you put it in play, before you Kick Open a Door, "wind it up" by putting one token on it. On your next turn, "wind" it again – add another token – and it's ready! When you use it, remove the tokens. When it again has two tokens, it can be used again, and so on.
